How do I pay my annual assessment?
Assessments are due January 31. Mail a check to the association mailing address on the Board & contacts page, or use the payment link sent with your statement. Need a payment plan? Ask the treasurer for the board's adopted payment plan policy.
How will I hear about board meetings?
Every board meeting notice is posted on the Meetings page and emailed to owners who have registered an email address with the association. Texas law makes it the owner's job to keep that email address current, so please send updates to the secretary.
How do I see association records?
Use the records request page. It explains how to send a written request and whether you'd like to inspect records or receive copies. The board tracks each request and its response date.
Do I need approval to paint, fence, or remodel?
Most exterior changes need Architectural Review Committee approval first. See Architectural review for the form and what to include.
When is the pool open?
Typically mid-May through October. Watch the news page for exact dates and any closures.
I'm selling my home. How do I get a resale certificate?
Your title company usually requests it. Requests go to the treasurer. The board tracks each request and its due date.
