Pecan Hollow is a fictional neighborhood used to demonstrate what a modern HOA website can look like. It has a community pool, a shaded pavilion, a playground, and a walking trail around the detention pond.
The association is run by a five-person volunteer board elected by the owners. The board meets about once a month, and every owner is welcome to attend.
What the association does
- Maintains the pool, park, trail, entry signs, and common landscaping
- Reviews requests for exterior changes through the Architectural Review Committee
- Sets the annual budget and assessment
- Keeps the association's records and posts its documents here
